I'm using this service for the past 5-6 months and so far wasn't too many things to complain, mostly was fine. But recently their service was declining - not on time deliveries, and the last one just brought me to the point that I felt that I have to share my experience.
October 16 I was expecting some delivery from Makro, and once they came that some items were missing - six Bio Butter Asana! not one or two but six, even though it was shown in their invoice as delivered! And I informed the delivery guy about that. Nothing happened, I wrote few complains, recieved some answeres with appologies, etc. Last email I recieved over week ago was saying that they're going to reimbolse the cost of missing products. OK, I decided to place order today and again there's no place to apply a voucher at the time of finalizing the payment or any kind of credit. Almost 3 weeks and I'm really extremely upset with these people and with such a poor customer service!
Wouldn't recommend for the future

First of all, we apologise again for the missing item that was invoiced but not delivered. These are rare situations but can happen when dealing with many orders at the same time.

On the day the error occurred, we contacted the shop to check if the item had been left in the fridge, but it was not possible to confirm in time. In these situations, we usually issue a voucher, so that the customer can get a discount equal to the value of the unfulfilled item. To get the immediate discount you need to place the voucher when you finish your order. We can see that you have not placed it and therefore the discount has not been applied. The e-mail with the voucher was sent on October 26th, did you had the chance to check it?

Attached you can find a printscreen of where you should have put the voucher, which you claim not to have found.
