First of all, we apologise again for the missing item that was invoiced but not delivered. These are rare situations but can happen when dealing with many orders at the same time.
On the day the error occurred, we contacted the shop to check if the item had been left in the fridge, but it was not possible to confirm in time. In these situations, we usually issue a voucher, so that the customer can get a discount equal to the value of the unfulfilled item. To get the immediate discount you need to place the voucher when you finish your order. We can see that you have not placed it and therefore the discount has not been applied. The e-mail with the voucher was sent on October 26th, did you had the chance to check it?
Attached you can find a printscreen of where you should have put the voucher, which you claim not to have found.
