360Imprimir - Fault by designer and no response from the complaints department

I paid 360Imprimir for a designer to create me a leaflet. In my opening brief (which was in English) I explained that my Portuguese is very bad and that I was after a leaflet for a company I run. I got a design that I was happy with and do not fault that. They designed a great leaflet and I ordered it but was then told by a friend that they had written in Brazilian not once but twice. One would assume a Portuguese designer for a Portuguese company given a brief for a leaflet that was clearly stated for the Portuguese market would actually write in Continental Portuguese. Apparently not. I emailed before they were printed and was told it was not possible to change it as they were in process. If I had written the wording then the error would be mine and I would accept that but the fact I paid for the designer first, as well as the leaflets, and am left €85 poorer and with 4000 useless leaflets is annoying. The 2 requests for the complaints department have not been responded to so here I am.
