Two weeks ago I made a purchase through your online store. After a week of waiting, I contacted you via the message link on your site THREE TIMES. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have called the number provided on your Facebook page (because I found no telephone number on your store site, so I had to research), and that number was always either disconnected, or I received an automated message. I will be leaving for vacation soon. What's the plan for delivery? If you expect to be taken seriously as a company, I suggest reviewing your customer service and communication practices.
