Baja Fresh - Lack of respect for employees and customers

I want to express my dissatisfaction a few weeks ago I was in Portugal for work and I went to the baja fresh restaurant in Forum Algarve, with my family the cashier service was impeccable the food is very good but what caught my attention was the way the employees are attended, by a lady who came out of nowhere screaming in the kitchen talking very loudly and with a tremendous lack of respect leaving everyone embarrassed, after some time after what happened I went to the cashier who was super embarrassed and asked the lady's name and what would be her role in the company and I was informed that it would be Ms. Aline Reis and nothing more than the space manager, I decided to make this complaint first to express my indignation and second to understand how a company of this size has as a manager a person totally lacking in education, respect for others, this situation made me very sad and I would like to receive an answer from the company how this is possible.
