On-line order placed 23.04.2018 shipped from Lisbon 23.04.2018 (Just on FOUR months ago) not received. I have queried our postal authorities here & they say they have not received same. I have had to send several emails to Katya of BeGenuine but finally on 13.07.2018 I received mail from her to say that she would send a replacement order via registered mail which would be shipped around 16.07.2018. I have gone back to her asking for the relative Track Delivery Reference and no response. I don't know if in fact the replacement order was shipped, as promised. My emails 13.07.2018, 31.07.2018 & 14.08.2018 refer. The lack of response from BeGenuine is extremely disappointing and frustrating as without a track reference I cannot do anything my side. The was to have been an anniversary gift for my son & his wife (Anniversary long past 1 May) and the gift would have had personal sentimental meaning given that my son took my husband and I to Lisbon as a thank you gift for what we have done for him. In addition my husband's late parents are from Viana do Castelo so it is a reminder of my son's heritage from Portugal. It is most disappointing that I have no gift to present to my son& daughter-in-law, as planned.
In terms of the 1st & 2nd question as I need to put so answer, I have rated average. The reason for my rating is I never heard or had any communication from the the brand during complaint period. However, I am happy to say I received my parcel and matter has been resolved.
