I have ordered a guitar from the store in the beginning of February which was not in stock, although it should have been. As I am relying on the instrument I have canceled the order on 11.02.2023.
Until today I have not received my money back after asking multiple times.
Since it seems from the other reclamations here and on Google that this is a common occurence
I have also filed a police report and reported the website to the appropriate authorities.
