I used to be a happy customer of the CTT24h-service until noe. My mother sent a parcel before Christmas with gifts in it. It was taken into custody by the holding facility in Prior Velho on the 19th Of December. Normally I get a text/email the next day with the PIN. This time I did not. I thought, maybe the holidays, so I waited until after Christmas. The first time I called they told me that the parcel was in the locker and they would send the PIN manually. This was on the 26th of December. So far I have not received the PIN - I've been calling multiple times (my emails get ignored) and it's always the same answer. Meanwhile PUDO tells me there never has been a parcel with that number...
