CTT - Parcel still not delivered after 4 months!

I submitted a complaint on this forum on 11/02/2019 regarding a parcel purchased in November 2018 that I am still waiting for. As at date hereof, I have still not received said parcel. You have ALL THE DOCUMENTATION required for release and delivery of this parcel. I have again emailed you with the relevant invoice and demand that you deliver my parcel to me. Your service is absolutely appalling. I have never experienced anything like it. Your urgent attention to my complaint is expected. You have my cell phone number. Please call me to resolve my situation. After 4 months of waiting for you to do your job, you owe me the courtesy of priority to resolve my complaint!! I await delivery of my parcel. This has been in your POSSESSION SINCE EARLY DECEMBER!!!

Good day, I have not received any letters from you. It is the 22nd of March today. You have still not delivered my parcel, despite having all the required documentation in your possession. This was uploaded onto your website. What is really happening with this parcel? I demand an answer from you. Your conduct is just grossly unprofessional. Again, I have never experienced this level of incompetence. Do get back to me with a definite and clear response as to what is happening with my parcel, which has now been in your possession for almost 4 months!!

My shoes which have been in your possession since early December 2018 are now being devolved to the dispatcher. You have all the required documentation in your possession and yet you are returning my shoes to the sender. Dealing with CTT over the past almost 4 months, has been a perfect display of utter incompetence on the part of CTT. I strongly disadvise anyone from using the services of this company. They have proven to be utterly useless. Research suitable and competent alternatives to avoid the kind of frustration and shoddy service I have been subjected to. If anyone reading this is aware of where I may direct a complaint to the CEO etc regarding my case, please comment below. I'd appreciate advice in that regard, as I believe that senior management needs to be made aware of the poor service provided to the general public by their staff.

Antes de mais, agradecemos a vossa comunicação.
No seguimento da mesma, achamos que a situação já se encontra resolvida. Contudo, alguma dúvida, não hesite em contactar-nos novamente.
