I am writing to formally address an issue concerning one of your consultants, Ricardo Lisboa, which I believe requires your urgent attention. The situation pertains to this co-worker and his interaction with junior employees, which has been problematic and counterproductive to our team's morale and productivity.
It has come to our attention that Ricardo has been engaging in behavior that misrepresents their role and contributions. Specifically, Ricardo Lisboa is presenting himself as a mentor and as an instructor to junior co-workers, while in reality, he is using these opportunities to learn from the juniors and subsequently taking credit for their work and ideas.
This behavior not only undermines the juniors' confidence and development but also creates a misleading perception of Ricardo's contributions to the team.
Several junior colleagues have underevaluated the importance of the situation but the mid and sénior co-workers are expresseing their frustration and disappointment regarding this matter.
They feel that their efforts and innovations are being overshadowed and appropriated by Ricardo Lisboa at Natixis.
