Hi,
My parcel was picked up from India by DHL on 3rd July 2019 and it was expected to deliver on 9th July 2019 but the tracking status showing "Clearance event" From 6th July 2019 and the option "further details" Says "Paperwork is required from the importer to continue with the clearance processing" Where I already sent my documents as required also shipment page says that payment required but as it is used laptop which I was using in India (it's my own laptop) which I forgot at airport and is being sent by courier so I assume that there won't be any duty levied on that.

Hoping to get quick and proper reply.
