We have a bill of 38,08€ that is due on July 21, 2017 and we paid it on the 10th of June 2017 but EDP comercial sent a personel to cut off our electricity even we have paid this bill way ahead of the due date. Yet until now we did not even gotten any sort of compansation or any apology for the inconvinience they had cuase us not to mention the hassle that they created.
