Bought online a generator for 749 euro plus transportcost total: 797 euro in January 2018
Generator did not work I wanted my money back ( I payed cash upon dilevery & have the receipt)
He did not want to give my money back but send another generator and said the dilivery man would take the first one back. The second one came and the driver did not take the first one back because as he said nobody gave him orders for that.
Second generator also did not work finally in May 2018 the dealer said he would come to fix one and take the other back.. never came. In the 11th of September 2018 he contacted me through WhatsApp to say that the 13th of September 742 euro would be on my account and asked my number which I gave and he would come the 13th afternoon to pick them up.
No money on my account he said: I have no money, I have no car and first want the geradors back. I said no

Me after a few weeks hearing nothing:
“David why don’t they change the machines at the same time? Because i don’t understand 749 euro is a lot of money for me. Can your boss not send Wednesday someone to look at the machine so the company can see it’s not our fault? & bring the new gerador also on Wednesday. This is a bit strange for me. Do i get the 749 euro plus the 48 euro also back on Wednesday and pay again when they bring the new machine?
Or at least a handwritten proof that i paid this money and get a new gerador on sexta feira
Or pick the machine up when your boss can send at the same time someone from the company to see the machine which really does not work and can see for himself & bring also a new gerador at the same time so when your company technician sees and see it just does not work and not because we did something wrong change imidiatly. If i give this gerador back now and get no new one & no money back anything can happen because i don’t know the company you work for, have no proof except the mails on OLX, whatsapp and phonecalls. Even the garage here and in Almocageme say that this is strange. So i am confused
If it is a company i should have gotten a proof of buying & expect service like sending someone. Since this all did not happen i assumed you sold these private so no taxes involved & is about trust . We did nothing wrong with the gerador the technician here checked the diesel/the oil etc everything is right it’s a new gerador so the bateria is good to but it will not start. We can not open the machine because it falls under the garanty of your company and they should have send allready someone to look at it here since it’s allready a few weeks and all your suggestion what could be wrong and solving that did not help. This is not a toy but a machine of 749 euro. So is it possible that your boss sends some one from the company to look at it? Since the person who brought it came from Sintra I assume the company has people for that to in Sintra. So i do hope the company will give some service instead of picking it up letting me empty handed. Hope you have a better solution David. Obrigada Sandra

But then when João called you yesterday you said: my boss does not agree?( strange because we are in our rights) and wants to take this not working gerador and only bring 2 days later a new one? That is not correct and verry suspicious because i did not bought it through a company but through you ( sender says: Adelghani Lekbab from Póvoa de Varzim) I just want a working machine we are allready more then 3 weeks behind because of this! And then your boss gives this non correct answer? So yes i contacted the lawyer & the comissário and they say i did the right thing. I just want a good working machine and no delays nomore. So again sorry but you are the one I dealt with

After a lot of messages we finally got the new gerador on the 27th of February
David said driver would take the first one back but the driver said; no I have no order for that. I wrote David:
David we have the new gerador but the driver said no one told him to take the not working gerador with him so the not working gerador is still here... you can call João
Then we got a call 2x the next two weeks for a driver to pick up the not working gerador I said I am not home now please give me a warning a day before you come ... they never did
The new gerador stops working the 18th of march so I wrote David
Now we have to bring the new gerador to the mechanic because it stopped working after 3 times. The mechanic says it is a scam. So we keep the 1st generator stored as proof we have brought the new also not working gerador to our mechanic and put my lawyer on the case again. The costs of making this new gerador will be send to you and the name on the receipt we have enough also the new gerador even if the bateria is good it’s not a new one so it was not a new gerador. We have enough of it David and wait what the mechanic tells us
The mechanic did nothing because it was under guaranty and if mechanic would do something we lost the guaranty

I send the trasnport 3 times to pick up the second generator and i pay 3 times because they go to your house and did not send it to me and after one month i dont have my generator and this cost to me 890e because transport and the generator i pay to send to you because the suplier now dont have the generator that is the only problem and i have a car to go but the generator dont fit.

Nobody got to our house!!! They called a few times to set another date and the last time they called they said they will call when to come but they never came to our house!! I have the phonecalls to prove that! When the second gerador did not work also you or a mechanic would come ... the rest is historie. God afternoon just now i have my phone and again the same conversacion about a scam the real scam is i send 2 generators and you just pay one and i have to see the generators and them i pay and if you are safer it the police near to me is ok i just whant what is mine and if the generators is im perfect condicions i pay it and bring it home but first i have to get the money to go there and pay thats the problem so until saturday i am gone try to fix it i just dont whant is to lose more money

Bought online a generator for 749 euro plus transportcost total: 797 euro in January 2018

He did not want to give my money back but send another generator and said the dilivery man would take the first one back. The second one came and the driver did not take the first one back because as he said nobody gave him orders for that.
Second generator also did not work finally in May 2018 the dealer said he would come to fix one and take the other back.. never came. I send the trasnport 3 times to pick up the second generator and i pay 3 times because they go to your house and did not send it to me and after one month i dont have my generator and this cost to me 890e because transport and the generator i pay to send to you because the suplier now dont have the generator that is the only problem and i have a car to go but the generator dont fit.
I wrote:
Nobody got to our house!!! They called a few times to set another date and the last time they called they said they will call when to come but they never came to our house!! I have the phonecalls to prove that! When the second gerador did not work also you or a mechanic would come ... the rest is historie. You can call João go there today or tomorrow after 4 tarde I will not go into discussion any more but all the discussions I send to our lawyer. There are no excuses nomore from you& companysites. God afternoon just now i have my phone and again the same conversacion about a scam the real scam is i send 2 generators and you just pay one and i have to see the generators and them i pay and if you are safer it the police near to me is ok i just whant what is mine and if the generators is im perfect condicions i pay it and bring it home but first i have to get the money to go there and pay thats the problem so until saturday i am gone try to fix it i just dont whant is to lose more money

It took 8 months and then I put my complaint here and within 3 weeks it was solved :)
