I joined Fitness Up in June. When I was there, a girl explained me the conditions and she told me that the contract will be signed for 1 year and if I didn't complete the year I will have to pay 2€/month for all the remaining months until completing 1 year. I was going to be there for 6 months but I thought it was fair so I decided to joing. When I went to cancer my suscription, it happened that the information I got at the begining was wrong and that I have to pay 2€ per week I have been using the gym. I think it is not fair, and I shouldn't pay the consequences for these misunderstaing. Moreover, the gym didn't give me any physical contract when I joined, so I didn't have any documents to read that. If I had knew the price I will have to pay, I may have joined to another gym that do not penalize for breaking the contract and that would have cost less than Fitness up after adding the charges for the penalizaty.
