Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a complaint I would like to raise with the staff working at Go natural at T1 Lisbon Airport.

I have been part of a business course at the business centre at T1 for the past 3 months and I have been visiting the Go natural 4 times a week.

There has been serious inconsistency in the product quality and the PRICE.

The quality of the coffee is sub-standard and the bad customer service makes the problem something that you need to work on.

On the menu the price of cafe com leite is €2. However, I have been randomly charged €2.20 some days, while 95% of the time the price remained €2.

I always have a coffee to go, so there is no reason why the price changes from day do day.

Last time I bought a coffee I had my €2 cash ready and when I paid the woman serving me snapped at me saying it's €2.20.

I pointed at the menu behind her which clearly states the price is €2.

After a few minutes of going back-and-forth, she THEN decided to say it's a price for coffee to go. I said to her the price difference is not listed anywhere visible for the customers and I have also been having coffee to go for the past 3 months and 95% of the time the price remained €2.

I guess she got tired of arguing so she proceeded to make the coffee. She had really bad attitude the entire time and she got even more annoyed when I asked for a lid for the cup (it's a coffee to go, which requires a lid).

When I left I noticed the cup feels lighter than usual and when I lifted the lid I saw the cup was only half-full (which has not been the case all these 3 months).

Which leads me to the conclusion she wanted to prove her point about the 20 cents by serving me less milk (technically half a coffee).

Really terrible attitude, absolutely unacceptable service for the location being the biggest terminal of the biggest airport in Portugal.

I am sharing this information with you as this type of customer service is detrimental to the reputation of your company.

I would also take this opportunity to share with you that on google reviews the score of the Go natural at T1 Lisbon Airport is 2.3 stars out of 5 (which is really low) due to a lot of complaints regarding food quality, customer service and overall experience.

Utilise all these reviews to improve the quality of the products and service you offer as customers leave with really negative experience and this is not working in favour of your company.
