I had a lot of work putting up my apartment to rent on HomeAway, 2 weeks later I'm suddenly locked out of my account and receive this email:
"After a thorough review by our Trust and Security department, we are unable to advertise this property on our site. We wish you the best of luck in finding the right venue to list your rental property."
No further explanation. I called to know what was this about, and the person I spoke with said he couldn't say anything either.
What is this? How unprofessional.
