ug They install solarpanels in my home, they dident install the panels corret and was not connected one panel, they broke on roof pan without inform me, if I dident inspect after they been here I could have an expensive water damage. I was calling them and send many mail to inform that they should come here and finish the installation with no result. Ibrdrola dont answer e-mail, and after a long time when I was coming thru the phone line they promised to finish the installation but they never come... I was writing in the complains book two time, after two month i get an mail who say they should look in to this matter further and nothing more. In the end I was forced to complete the installation with my own money. I was using
the Portuguese language in my communication with them.
