Infigueira House - failed to supply goods but kept the payment

I ordered and paid for a washing machine and delivery on the 17/10/2016. First they couldn't find payment. After payment was confirmed I was promised 6 different delivery dates they finally admitted they could not supply the machine i wanted and agreed to cancel the order and return my payment. this was before Christmas and no money has been returned.
Although very polite when you could get hold of them i spent hours on the phone trying to get through to them or on hold. they never returned calls as promised and did not reply to emails
