This is my first reclamation in my life and hopefully the last, but I can`t stand this service in Vasco da Gama anymore. It`s not the first time the same service provider.
I always liked INGLOT products and always would like to buy them, but in Vasco da Gama its impossible to buy because always ends with this that the same service provider who dont have any interest of selling and it takes all my mood to look or buy something. Sometimes I buy because I have to buy and I just choose fast what I want and I pay like it was yesterday.
Yesterday around 17:20-17:35 first I stopped there to see is there any matte lipstick what I would like... First she (unfortunately I dont know her name, but she is with dark skin and curly black hair) was doing make-up for herself when I arrived and she didnt stop doing that while I was asking few questions.I asked is there any SHOCK RED lipstick matte what will be dry and when I eat or drink it wount turn small peaces on my lips. She showed me fast over the shoulder Inglot Tint Matte lipstick. I bought it because I needed but it wasn't this SHOCK RED what I would like, but okay. I bought and payed and she even didn't gave me any check, because she was busy with her make up. Then I asked do you have more matte lipsticks here, she said NO. But I started to look and saw more and there were discount written, but I didn't understand in which part it was discount and which wasn't. Well in the end I gave up and went away. Then I went to other shops and in the end came back around 17:50-18:00 to INGLOT and saw one eyeshadow what I liked from the distance. I said to her: I would like to have this one!!! She was on the phone!!
She took the tester and went for looking for the eyeshadow, found it... she was still on the phone talking with friends or family member.. no problem I paid and she particularly did throw this eyeshadow to my hand without any check again. Well I thought since its small thing let it be and went away...I was walking and walking and thought I will open the eyeshadow just in case. I opened and it was WRONG eyeshadow...I went back to her...she was still on the phone...but there was also another girl already she was way more professional...I told her that I bought this eyeshadow minutes ago and I checked after and it was wrong, I want the right one or I want my money back. She wanted the check that I didnt have...because previous service provider was so busy on the phone.. The new girl said that I need to ask my boss..first I told her call this girl who is on the phone she remembers me. The new service provider called in the end to the boss and said that we have to do it officially. She was right I should have, but I didnt because the previous service provider was busy with other things. So in the end the girl on the phone came our from the box where she was talking on the phone and gave me my money back because it appeared that there wasn't this eye shadow I wanted
If this service provider would have a little bit interest to sell she would sell a lot with me, but I prefer not to buy there anymore because I`m really upset and disappointing how people get jobs even if they dont want to work and people who dont have work and they want to have some work they never have.
I suggest to give her some training or let her go because if she continues like this I will be not the first and not the last one who is doing the reclamation about her and its also not good for your image, because INGLOT is not the cheapest brand and its quality brand what should have also quality service.
