Intelcia - No training payment

i start working with intelcia( VIVINTER) , before i sign my job contract with them i did the training for a month which is a paid training , i finish the training the end of november and i signed the contract , while I am working ive asked for the training payment , i had issue with them about that because if they can not pay my training for more than a month how is reasonable to beg for your money , so i quit on 15/12 after that i texted them that they need to pay me or a prove that they payed, few days later they send a document as prove but the document nothing shows that the payement is done (the document is on attachment) we are in a new month and yet i did not recieve my money.
i give them a foreign bank account so they can pay me as i am new here in portugal , they always come oh it will take time because is not a portugaise account , its almost 3 months now how that is true .

Good afternoon Kawtar Fahmi,
As we have already spoken, the situation is solved.
We had to validate and ensure the correct information of the IBAN (which was from outside the European Union) and the name of the account holder. With the correct data, our bank manager made a specific transfer to the Moroccan bank.
This way we were able to make the payment and you received it.
We have always been in touch with you to try and solve the situation as quickly as possible.
We apologise for the delay in the resolution.
