I made an order 17.11.22 on web site, it was indicated that item (MacBook) available on stock and I order pick up from store option in Oeiras parque.
I asked on Friday 18.11.22 what is expected time to delivery for this order and receive answer that item not in stock and they are waiting, when it's will be available on stock.
I would never order something that not on stock, because It's critical for me to get order as soon as possible.
I also visit offline store in Oeiras parque and saw that same item was available in store at that time.
Please stop manipulate with people with stock availability and if you can't delivery product just cancel order and return money back
