Madeira-Rent - Valor cobrado por um pequeno arranhão numa jante da viatura

I hereby show my discontent the experience I had with the rental of a car in Madeira, in Madeira Rent reservation nº 323923512. When lifting the car we had no support from anyone of this company although an employee indicated us where we could find the car so due to my fault I did not check the car properly. The car was fresh and fit. On the second day we decided to deliver the car in the city of Funchal and went to the Rent a car shop, the receptionist in the store informed that I would have to pay € 50.00 for this ?? Of course we did not accept, the day after returning to the airport I was confronted with a small touch (scraped) on the front rim of the right side which charged me € 200.00 plus VAT. 22% ??? I consider it a robbery and especially when we are leaving and we can not take other options. It was more expensive this little scrape than the rental of 3 days. I asked the presence of a Manager what informed me to make a complaint to the company (filipe.camaro@madeirarent.pt) ?? I will not indicate this company to anyone of my knowledge and I will show the photo to prove what I affirm. I inform your company of this situation so that you have knowledge and alert other possible clients.
