MEO - Appalling customer service and internet speed

The speed of our service is 10 - 15 mbps (so not great at its absolute best) - I have a wifi issue as we are getting 1 - 2 mbps max .

I contact them, they do 15 - 30mins of tests, then say I need another department - they never called.
I rang again 3 days later - 15 - 30 mins of tests, to be told I need another department (told them that in the first place) - the other department called (miserable lady) made me run round the house disabling things, then just hung up ? (I was not being unhelp ul or rude - 100% the opposite, as desperate for help)
I called back - 30mins of testing and yet again, I need another department - so after 4 days - over 3 hours of being on the phone (one assumes they are a premium line) I still have 1.5 mbps of wifi, so the 120+ euro cost per month is getting me what exactly ?

Having clearly read the complaint - you can clearly see I have already contacted you on many occasions - MEO fail every time to resolve my issues, repeatedly making me do exactly the same things - just wasting my time over and over again - pointless.

Requesting I contact again is laughable - you can see the service speed I get - here is today's speed, even worse: it has taken over 1/2 an hour to type this due to the intermittent drop out of signal - how can you accept this as fair? - you have my details ... do something about it please !!

You are asking for this to be classified as resolved, but do nothing ? its totally unacceptable !

And still MEO do absolutely nothing !! I pay over 150 euro a month to MEO - for a broadband service that is almost pointless - this week under lockdown, it simple is unusable !!!THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! - we are bored, trapped in and no internet ......... look at the speeds it's been weeks

This site achieved nothing. MEO not interested, could not care less about their clients - charge for a service they do not provide and get away with it - Portugal's broadband network and providers are the worst in Europe.
