The speed of our service is 10 - 15 mbps (so not great at its absolute best) - I have a wifi issue as we are getting 1 - 2 mbps max .
I contact them, they do 15 - 30mins of tests, then say I need another department - they never called.
I rang again 3 days later - 15 - 30 mins of tests, to be told I need another department (told them that in the first place) - the other department called (miserable lady) made me run round the house disabling things, then just hung up ? (I was not being unhelp ul or rude - 100% the opposite, as desperate for help)
I called back - 30mins of testing and yet again, I need another department - so after 4 days - over 3 hours of being on the phone (one assumes they are a premium line) I still have 1.5 mbps of wifi, so the 120+ euro cost per month is getting me what exactly ?
