I did a recharge of my saldo via recharge.com. It was 20,99€ and the money was never activated by MEO. recharge.com checked for me twice and they said MEO claims to have activated it.
I tried to call MEO, but the employee on the phone didn't speak English and I was waiting for 10 minutes without anyone answer...
