Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we have reason to complain about the extremely poor internet connection of the MEO company.
We have already complained several times for months by e-mail and by telephone at MEO.
So far, MEO has not reacted in the slightest. We have students in the family who had online school lessons because of Covid-19 and had to take online exams. Exactly each at these times was no internet available, or the compounds were constantly interrupted. As a result, the online school lessons could not be taken or not fully taken and the exams were rated as "failed".
The exams have to be repeated laboriously and with additional costs. These conditions are unbearable. You will receive 100% of the fees for the Internet, but you bring a power of 0% when it is needed. This is no longer acceptable. We urge you to remedy this massive deficiency immediately. We do not accept the excuse that the internet is overloaded because of COVID-19.
In the neighborhood there are no interruptions in the same tariff.

No improvement !!!
We called up contact mentioned. An online diagnosis of the router was carried out, allegedly an error was detected and repaired. It went well for a couple of days and now we have the same problem as before. The internet connection is constantly interrupted. Online school lessons cannot be fully attended. Bank transfers could not be executed at the desired date. When will finally a qualified and permanent elimination of the deficiency follow?
The situation is unbearable.

Since our complaint from 09/25/2020 nothing has improved. We have the indicated here on 10/08/2020. Obviously MEO has no interest in correcting this deficiency. Meo is also not interested in having satisfied customers. We expect that the defect will be rectified immediately.

The complaint from 25.09.2020 was on 08.10. and 16.10. added. Therefore MEO has to react and not we. It repeatedly arise interruptions. Overall it has improved a bit. Online school lessons and online exams are still not reliably possible. It was only possible to pass the semester due to greater circumstances (visiting other families) and risks of contracting the coronavirus. MEO told us that we should call if an interruption occurs so that the error can be better identified. We tried that countless times without being connected. We finally expect a qualified elimination of the deficiency.
