Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we have reason to complain about the extremely poor internet connection of the MEO company.
We have already complained several times for months by e-mail and by telephone at MEO.
So far, MEO has not reacted in the slightest. We have students in the family who had online school lessons because of Covid-19 and had to take online exams. Exactly each at these times was no internet available, or the compounds were constantly interrupted. As a result, the online school lessons could not be taken or not fully taken and the exams were rated as "failed".
The exams have to be repeated laboriously and with additional costs. These conditions are unbearable. You will receive 100% of the fees for the Internet, but you bring a power of 0% when it is needed. This is no longer acceptable. We urge you to remedy this massive deficiency immediately. We do not accept the excuse that the internet is overloaded because of COVID-19.
In the neighborhood there are no interruptions in the same tariff.
