Info: I use a prepaid sim card
1: It is not possible to send a text message to a non Portuguese number.
But it costs a lot of money because MEO continues to send without results.
And every attempt costs me 32 cents
2: Outside Portugal, it is no longer possible to call a number. Only the alarm number is possible.

4/10/2017 until now still no reaction from MEO !!!!!

By email I received the following message:

In response to your request, we inform you that all international calls have an associated cost.
We further clarify that in roaming the tariff Meo 8 has the cost of € 0.18 per minute and € 0.08 per SMS, if it is carried out on a balance in an amount equal to € 5.00 with communications for € 0.08 Num Period of 10 days.

For further information we're always available through the telephone number 16 96 and in meo.pt.


What's up here is not right,
For a text message I pay 0.31 cents
And this has not even been sent.

Today another attempt to send a text message to an NL number.
Failed, but made by MEO 10 times an attempt to send.
Cost € 3,20 for a message not sent !!!!
