Hello,
I would like to make yet another complain regarding the non-delivery of 2 out of 3 parcels sent through the courier services company Mondial Relay. I'm very disapointed with the company's poor service and response.
It has been over 6 months since the despatch of the parcels and not only they haven't been delivered yet but also no one seems to be taking any action towards resolving it.
Mondial Relay at one point said that they would return it to the sender but they never did.
The parcels contain some important valuable things.
I request you to please investigate the matter and update me about the status at the earliest.
