Two weeks ago October 1st I bought smartphone online at Fnac marketplace, from the store called Electronic Aquarium. I always get any delivery from any country with no problem. But this case is notorious. I have still not get device for which I paid 238,17 € with 5,95 € delivery included.
Several serious misconduct issues here:
1) agent doesn't speak English at all, so cannot understand word even "delivery"
2) when their calls to apartment their don't say anything, don't wait even 5 minutes and just disappear
3) the time of delivery promised always missed, my pregnant wife was waiting the entire morning from 9am to 12am even not taking shower in order not to miss the delivery within approved time. But their called me at 14:00 pm and said we were not able deliver. I asked receptionist of our company to communicate with him. We agreed another time for next day but everything repeated.
4) Following days everything repeated as well
5) The store promised to find someone who speaks English. This was not solved. Don't trust them at all now.
6) Incident status: out of delivery
7) October 10 - still no any sound from delivery or stores
This is the last time I order smartphone from Fnac, Electronic Aquarium and of course never again will use Nacex, will be always asking who delivers. That is why giants like Amazon will overtake you and you will never be existed anymore.
People do not use this delivery and mentioned stores!!!
