On September 27 I've got a text message from Nacex that they tried to deliver my package, but I was not at home. So some time later I'm trying to call their office in Funchal to agree on package pickup. The agent does not speak English. Of all people on Madeira, they hired someone to pick up the phone who does not speak English! I try to go to their office - it is always closed. I talk to support on Nacex website (who does not speak English as well, but at least I can use Google translate) who gives me their number in Portugal - the number does not work, the phone operator tells me: "the customer you are trying to call is unavailable". Yes, it is the same number given in the description of the company on this site. Non-functional number.
The story with their Funchal office is also absolutely hilarious: the address they give for their Funchal office is totally wrong. You go to that address, you find some car shop. And they (the car shop) tell you where the Nacex office really is!
One can only wonder how such unprofessional operation could get "melhor indice de satisfaçao". How on Earth can it be so badly organized?
