Two items, namely, Pinapple & Brocoli, out of 5 items bought were overcharged.
Situation was ralized when I got to car.
The staff in charge was not paying too much atention to customer complain, the overcharging, incidentally appears to be very common and casual, as there is nothing to loose for Pingo Doce. If only , Pingo Doce is forced to pay some compensation like in some western countries, Pingo Doce may take this issue seriously. During more than 10 years of my stay here, I noticed Pingo Doce seem to overcharge goods they sell at the till.
The staff attended my complain need to put throgh proper training on
1. How to handle compains expeditiously
2. Treat customers properly for example avoid saying" mal educado" to irrite the customer and make already strained scenario worse.
Overall 30 minutes of my time was wasted without any returns. This is totally unacceptable, customer is expected to pay for Pingo Doce´s error.
I hope this complain will make Pingo Doce to take pricing issue seriously and create confidence in customers mind.
