More than 2 months to get a tyre to be returned . The courrier company DPD keeps saying there is no one at home . I have stayed 3 days at home waiting for the courrier and no one showed up. Pneuslider says they have been there and package wasn't ready (how could they know) . Asked to leave my phone with the courrier they say its not possible.
Each time I ask for the shipment I get an answer saying they will charge me for the shipment that never came.
