Defective lens Fuji 60mm f2.4 R Macro bough on 12-04-2017

Hi all,
I've bought a Photo lens Fuji 60mm f2.4 R Macro from rhinocamera.pt on 12-04-2017, invoice order 728355​.
The item arrived on 24-04-2017.

Facts:
1 - Lens card box was damaged
2 - Despite being an original lens, fully compatible with my Fujifilm X-T1 camera, the lens doesn't work, giving error and restarting the camera
3 - My camera is fully updated and I've tested other lens with sucess

Timeline:
- 26th of April - I've opened a support case by chat / email
- 28th of April (10:26AM) - I've returned the defective lens by PT express/ registered postal office with tracking number LL042361711PT
- 04th of May (12:54 ) - Item has been delivered to the returns address provided by rhinocamera
- 19th of May - When asked for status update, and after delivery confirmation, another rhinocamera support agent replied to the email asking if I've already returned the item (strange!)
- From the 19th of May until today I've exchanged many emails and I'm not having an answer, first the item was being checked by returns team, now it's out of stock and rhinocamera doesn't give me an delivery estimation
- Yesterday 05th of June, I've sent an email asking for full refund

This is quite a strange support issue / situation since it's regarding a new item, in the box, defective and never used... It should be something simple like a simple exchange for a new one or full refund.

Just to remeber that this issue started in the end of April and it's still not solved...
