AIMA - Aima resolve the family reunification appointment problem

I am requesting AIMA regarding the family Reunification appointment request from last 2 year's.

TO OBTAIN A RESIDENCE PERMIT THROUGH FAMILY REUNIFICATION Online application on website.
I already registered on portal of AIMA asked uploaded all the documents which was required made the payment through website it is almost 7 month's.
23rd of October 2024.

I couldn't get any update regarding the family Reunification appointment.
It was mentioned in website After Payment confirmation email will be received through AIMA will contact within 15 days on registered email.
But it's more then 6+ month's couldn't get any single got from the AIMA, I have visited several times in AIMA office Several emails done but couldn't get update.

I couldn't get any response or message from AIMA yet still waiting for update regarding family Reunification appointment
