My complaint is about Sixt Rent-a-car in Lisbon Airport charging much more rental costs vs. what was agreed in my booking. Indeed this agency charged me additional rental costs for OUT OF HOURS (EUR 32.52) of which is solely due to the incompetence of agency staff for taking too much time in solving an issue of car availability. My family and I rented a car at this SIXT agency for a category of which has been out of stock when we arrived at the airport. This means that instead of the agency to give me free of charge an upgrade to the next car available to apply another surcharge called "UPSELLING" for EUR 343.20. Be aware that such rental agency has no customer service, they just charge you whatever even if it is their fault in not having cars available per rental booking.
