I bought a table on their website, that was suppose to be delivered within 48h. I was informed that, after payment, I would get an email with shipping details, but NOTHING. After 5 days, i called the customer support number, to make sure my order was on it's way, and for my surprise, the product was not being delivered!! The extremely rude employee said "I had no choice but to wait, or cancel the order". I have also been told that rarely those problems occur, but don't be surprise if you get issues with SKLUM yourself. Many complains are being made here, and I honestly feel sorry for us, consumers that have to listen from this TERRIBLE support, that don't have ownership of the situation. To conclude, I bought the table on the 22 of December, and from what I was informed, won't even have my PURCHASE by new years eve. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!!
