Descontarao da minha conta bancária um valor sem minha autorização alegando cliente entrando contato comigo. Não prestei trabalho nenhum não tive contato com o cliente .

Hello,
Our system charges the customer when he receives the contacts of leads, all the leads are verified with a 4 digit SMS code sent to the client phone number.
In this case, the customer received a contact from the lead according to the preferences he did set on our website, so these charges are legitimate.
Once received the contact no refund is possible unless there is a breach of TOS from the lead itself.
Point 1.8 of terms and conditions says: No monetary refund will be issued if the charge complied with the conditions presented in the Terms of Services.
