TAP - Bagagem danificada

Dear Sir/ Madam,

i did a flyght yesterday from Portugal to Frankfurt, number ( LH 1173).

my luggage was deposited at check-in. It turned out that when I received my luggage in Frankfurt, my suitcase was stirred inside, and a flashlight of my work disappeared. The suitcase it self was damaged. I do not understand how it is possible to do something like this.

I ask you to see what has happened, because I urgently need to buy a flashlight to work with, and a suitcase. The suitcase was not of great value, I think that with 150 euros i can buy another. However the flashlight is quite expensive as it is suitable for my professional activity. Aircraft technician.
