4 tickets were purchased through the Tiqets.com website for Zoomarine, and at no time the site warned of unavailable attractions, arriving there after being attended, I was informed that some attractions that I consider important for my children would not be available and we decided to wait that a little more to know if new measures would be taken enabling 100% of the attractions to function on another date.
When I wanted to reschedule a new date, no support was given by Zoomarine as they said it should be dealt with with the company that sold the tickets online (This approach alone is frustrating for any customer, when it comes to selling we are partners, when it comes to solving a problem, not us).
Getting in touch with the Tiqets company was the biggest frustration ever, the company has terrible customer support, does not offer support due by chat, WhatsApp much less by customer service customerservice@tiqets.com, I'm even waiting for the return of my complaint by email until today.
I had the promise that I would receive an email and nothing was done, I didn't see any attraction, I couldn't reschedule and they just took me almost €100, surely this company must think that we found our money in the trash and it doesn't matter if we receive it for a service or do not.
