Boa tarde, venho por este meio solicitar a resolução do meu problema, fiz reserva no site TripMonster, o voo não se realizou devido á pandemia, foi cancelado pela Binter devido ao aeroporto estar fechado. Para poder reaver o meu dinheiro da viagem a plataforma diz que tinha que fazer cancelamento da mesma e com encargos, mas para não perder o dinheiro na totalidade fiz o pedido de cancelamento da reserva, agora já passou mais de 2 meses não dizem nada, contactei a Binter, esta diz que se fosse feita a reserva por eles tinham já devolvido o dinheiro, mas não podem fazer nada porque foi feito através da plataforma da TripMonter. Bom dia, demoraram a resolver, quase um ano, tive que fazer o cancelamento e perder dinheiro de ajudas de custo no qual deveria ser devolvido o dinheiro na intriga, não tive culpa de ter sido cancelado a viagem e para poder reaver tive que perder algum dinheiro (30€+ 30€ para duas pessoas ).

Esta reclamação foi considerada resolvida
