Comprei uma viagem no dia 07/04/2019 com o código de reserva F66CQA, e com os seguintes voos:
BA 499 - British Airways 10/09/2019
MH 3 - Malaysia Airlines 10/09/2019
MH 853 - Malaysia Airlines 11/09/2019
o primeiro voo foi cancelado. Em vários contacto com a Tripmonster solicitei que me alterassem o primeiro voo ou toda a rota, como fosse mais fácil para eles, por ser uma viagem de longo termo não estava vinculado com datas. Após vários telefonemas com um numero espanhol (na data não havia Tripmonster Portugal), não foi possível alterar a rota nem qualquer outra solução.
Ao que a própria Tripmonster propôs efetuar um reembolso total. Informaram me que teria pessoalmente de comprar outro voo e o reembolso seria feito.
Portanto quase 2 anos estão passados, já liguei dezenas de vezes para o tal contacto espanhol, sempre me informam que o processo está em andamento e que será uma questão de dias até o reembolso ser feito. Agora é impossível contactar telefonicamente e o reembolso de quase 500€ ainda não foi feito.
Não tenho forma de os contactar porque a situação esta a procrastinar tanto que o email a partir do qual fiz a reserva já não esta na base de dados deles.
Continuo a aguardar pelo meu reembolso enquanto já gastei mais de 200€ em chamadas para eles.

In any case, you must have received an e-mail from our Advanced Support team with all the details. This e-mail has been sent to the same address you indicated in the purchase process.

I've been told so many times, so at this point I dont know if I should belive you or not, any ways I will wait 2 weeks. I dindn´t get any email from your Advanced Support Team.

I have been waiting since your last reply, and more than 2 weeks are passed (which was the maximum time span for refund) and i did not get my refund back nor even did I get any further comunication with your Advanced Support Team.

Just give me my money back so we can be done with this matter.

To keep this matter up to date, Tripmonster sent me an email saying that Malaysia Airlines did not approved the refund. When in the first place it was Tripmonster who gave the choise of refund.
If the refund was Tripmonster idea of a solution for the matter, they should be able to provide without a third party.

Responde raramente para não deixar o chat sem resposta mas não soluciona o problema nem tem vontade de o solucionar. senti me enganado pela marca. parece mesmo um esquema.
