Who do I contact for a refund? I have been waiting since March 2020 and this is unacceptable.
There is no contact number on the website and no one has replied to my email.

My flight reservation number is : 17405350

I have contacted the airline and they say you must resolve this.

We are aware that some refunds are being delayed longer than usual, due to airlines taking a long time to approve refunds. The approval of the refund by the airline is an essential step so that, later, the travel agency can make the refund of the corresponding amounts.

We have been informed that the airline has approved the refund of one of your tickets, and so we are proceeding with the repayment in the next few days.

As for the other ticket, we are waiting for the airline to approve the refund and will come back to you as soon as there are any news.
