Tripmonster - Regarding the refund

Recently I had a booking from Moscow to Delhi on 19th June and it has been rescheduled to a date I don't wish to travel that's 7th July . I would like ask for a complete refund of my money.
I am unable to contact them and tripmonster is not responding

I still didn't received my full refund.i had talked to airline they said that they have initiated the refund and when i see my trip it still showing in process. When shall i will be getting money back. please looking into this matter
