I hereby express my displeasure with regard to the poor treatment given by your services to the following matter:
I had a hotel reservation for 2 people, from 14/08/22 to 21/08/22, at Hotel Central, Ilha do Sal, Cado Verde. I was informed, by email on 06/08/22, by the services of the aforementioned Hotel, that it was unable to receive me on the date of the reservation made, due to works. I immediately tried to get in touch by telephone with your services, which forwarded the call several times without giving me any kind of clarification. On my own initiative, I contacted the services of the Hotel Central in Cape Verde, by telephone. I was informed on the 8th of August that a receipt would be sent to me with the name of the driver who would pick us up at the airport, but nothing else more was clarified. Distressed, I called again on 08/09/22 for your services, without having received any kind of response. On the 9th of August, I contacted the Hotel Central by telephone again asking for more explanations who told me which Hotel I would be relocated to, but without anything in writing, which made me very apprehensive. I looked for E-Dreams to help me resolve the situation, as it was not my duty to be so concerned, but I was not successful.
Just on the 10/08/22, I received an email and a document with the identification of the driver who will pick me up at the airport. The expenses will be in my charge, when it was not foreseen.
Attached I send all the emails exchanged between me and the Hotel.
I express here my displeasure at how this whole situation was handled by you, as you did not fulfill your duties.
