VidaXL - Broken garden shed

I have purchased a small garden shed, which arrived later than promised originally. I received three poorly packaged lots with all individual planks (about 200 wooden planks I recon) were just tightened together by a plastic rope and plastic wrap, no proper packaging. Some of the planks were damaged and I sent pics to the VidaXL. Of course I was shocked by the poor quality of the lot as it is a set of building material not a shed really, no pre-drilled holes, no proper instruction and no way to assemble it, you have to build it from raw material basically. No once I started to build it I soon realized the size is wrong and not matching website description. I contacted the seller again and they offered a voucher or send spare parts to replace the damaged once. As the whole thing was of a wrong size now I saw no solution and the seller didn’t offer none but full refund/return. Here VidaXL is particularly dodgy as I had 5 days now of dozens emails and pictures and no real progress. There is no even packaging for me to put it back to as the ~150..200 wooden pieces were just holding together by a plastic rope that was cut, of course, when opened. The seller does not provide any real solution, I have small trust in them sending money back at all. Awful service and I would avoid at all costs
