I travel for the airline and always will be very satisfied,
But the last trip happened something I did not understand that through this email dismonstrr my discontent and ask for the outlay of the amounts paid,
Let me explain,
I made a reservation of a trip to you (attached) Lisbon - Luton / Luton - Lisbon, but I never managed to check in online always giving error and that the terms that I move over the counter. I tried daily not to have a day of boarding and never was delivered, and the check-in fees were not paid online when they did not have any responsibility of the recipient.

I would like to ask for the reversal of this amount as I was told in the closet because it was not forgotten, but because it is not serious either as a website or through your application.

It was the 2-hour deadline that made him lose Luton's transportation to the lodge.
