Dias Cordiais - No delivery of paid pallet of pellets

My husband Anthony Ross bought a pallet of 77 bags of pellets and paid delivery on 09/12/22 and to date, no delivery - they promised they would deliver in 6 days two weeks ago and still nothing. Phone is disconnected so i believe they are scam artists.

Well. same thing happened to my neighbour. Only he ordered seven pallets of 77 bags, and paid for it. Since then, payment was done January 1st, no word.. What can we do? Get the bank to get the money back, for sure, and maybe go to the place with the GNR? Thanks for advice! Alex, Lavre, Alentejo
