TotalAV - Abuse

BEWARE of TotalAV
In 2022 I subscribed to TotalAV antivirus for an annuity.
Later my computer was attacked by malware and I contacted TotalAV. They couldn't eliminate the malware and I had to reset my computer. When I recovered the system, the TotalAV antivirus had disappeared and I didn't worry because I didn't want to subscribe to another annuity again.
Now I noticed that the Visa card bill was a little high for the use I gave it and asked the Bank to check it. It was detected that in January, taking advantage of my card number used for the 2022 annuity, it was abused by TotalAV to subtract 170 euros from my account. Searching the internet I found other complaints against this company, abusing their customers in the same way.
