I am submitting this complaint regarding the ongoing lack of response and resolution from Vibes and Beats concerning a ticket refund for a cancelled event.
The concert scheduled for 11 October 2025 was officially cancelled on 29 September 2025. On that same day, I submitted a refund request by email, within the official deadline of 27 November 2025.
Since then, I have made repeated and documented attempts to resolve this matter:
4 November 2025: follow-up email
14 December 2025: follow-up email
8 January 2026: phone contact with a representative. I forwarded my previous emails, which she confirmed would be passed to her supervisor
19 January 2026: I sent a clear follow-up email demanding an urgent resolution, stating that legal action would be pursued if no prompt refund was issued
26 January 2026: after multiple phone attempts, I reached the representative on the phone again. She confirmed the case had been forwarded to her supervisor, but no response or action has been taken — the same situation as in early January
27 january 2026: Once again i had to call multiple times for the phone to be picked up. Representative was friendly but again told me no response nor action from supervisor.
Messages sent via Facebook and Instagram have received no reply
Despite repeated assurances and clear deadlines, several months have passed without a refund, any concrete communication, or resolution timeline. This prolonged inaction is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of basic customer care.
The lack of responsiveness across multiple channels is unacceptable and leaves me no option but to escalate this complaint publicly and, if necessary, pursue further legal steps.
