Casa Havaneza is not respecting my legal consumer right to Warranty Repair within 30 days.
The Facts:
29-09-2021 - Purchased lighter from Casa Havaneza (Chiado) - €65
06-10-2021 - Returned product to Casa Havaneza (faulty)
03-12-2021 - Went to Casa Havaneza, for the third occasion, was told by the employee ‘You must just wait’

The repair or replacement of: movable property must be done within a maximum of 30 days’

Casa Havaneza has failed to rectify my warranty for more than 60 days. I have been very patient, but now I want this resolved.
I am very disappointed in this company. I am a regular customer, I spend a lot of money with this company. I would expect them to show me some respect as a customer and honor my Rights as a consumer and a valued customer. Not, tell me ‘you must wait’!
