The situation was reported internally, number is #1291662.
I contacted Ctt by whatsapp, complained, but nothing has changed. I will keep complaining in public sources until this is fixed.
Situation:
CTT does not deliver my parcels. I am at home all dats, noone comes, noone rings the bell. Address is correct and it can be found on google maps. I even added a photo of the builfing entrance to google maps, if someone has difficulty to locate it. Now I have over 20 parcels which were not delivered, and it continues to happen every day. Latest of them: DW817164875PT, DW817237073PT, DW814438561PT, DW817151620PT etc etc. I keep receiving messages that parcel is in delivery, then next message saying delivery was not successful because i am not home (its not true), then next day same story, and that a parcel is dropped off at ctt pickup point, so i have to go and pick up Every Single Time! Your employees are not even trying to deliver. They are NOT coming to my street, I never see CTT car/truck when i receive non delivery mesages, they are lying about the delivery attempt. They are NOT attempting to deliver. They simply drop off allmy parcels in pickup point.
A lady at ctt pickup point knows about this situation, she receives multiple complains from citizens as well. She has a small office and it is full of non delivered parcels, it is a mess and there is zero space, the courier keeps bringing everything to her and not even trying to do his job.
This has to change, this in unacceptable. Please escalate this to your managers in Madeira. I will keep complaining in public sources untill this is fixed.
