Engwe - I want to make complaint about my electric bike everyday i chase the prblm but nobody listening

Because I face alots off problem with that things I like engwe but then I start to use everyday I face problem biggest problem then I start to use that bike 1st week in the national road on road my bike pedal is open and thank God I am save but I feel scared and help less . And next day night time I want to go home 12 o clock night time I saw my back tyre is empty it that a bad quality. And I don't have options to doing anything. After the complain they also make joke with me . I am totally fear scared and stressed about this things ??? very poor quality. ??
